Amie Roach
Chief Financial Officer, Lochmueller Group

Amie Roach has been with Lochmueller Group in Evansville Indiana for over 20years.  She started as a Staff Accountant and focused on project billing, collections and software knowledge and was eventually considered the team lead for the accounting staff.   After many years of service and expanding knowledge Amie was promoted to Controller in 2018 where she managed all accounting staff and activities as well as managing the Human Resources and Corporate Administration staff.  In 2019 Amie became the first Chief Financial Officer for Lochmueller Group.  She focuses on overall financial management and analytics for all of Lochmueller Group’s corporate financial aspects.  Amie received her CMA in 2016 and CSCA certification during 2018.  Amie would love to say that her entire career was spent at Lochmueller Group when it is her time to retire.

Ken Fick

Ken Fick is the founder of and a Director at MorganFranklin Consulting, Inc. Mr. Fick is a frequent speaker on finance-related topics focusing on FP&A, treasury services, finance transformations, turnarounds, and enterprise risk management. A CPA and an MBA, he has more than 20 years of finance-related experience that includes serving as a CFO, as a managing director of a consulting firm, as a head of FP&A, and as a director of finance and litigation consulting for an international consulting firm.

Ryan Van Hatten
Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations, Prophix Software

As an industry veteran with over 15 years experience, Ryan is responsible for global operational efficiency across all Prophix locations and leads the Accounting team and FP&A function at Prophix, using Prophix. Ryan quickly climbed the ladder at Prophix starting as a Consultant in 2005 to the position he holds now as a respected member of senior leadership.
