Yes! Prophix Live! '26 London gives you an opportunity to network and build your brand presence. Companies enrolled in the Prophix Partner Program will be sent registration information and, in addition to the general conference sessions, you will be eligible to participate in breakout learning sessions.

There is a discounted hotel rate for Prophix Live! ‘26 London conference attendees. 

• The room rate at the Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge is £420.00 per room per night, including VAT.
• Double occupancy will be charged at a supplement of £20.00 including VAT.
• All rates include breakfast and Wi-Fi (10 Mbs).
• Please note, hotel check-in time starts at 4:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm (noon).
• Any individual cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, or no shows will be subject to full cancellation charges on the individual’s valid credit card.

Once you have booked your stay, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the hotel. The hotel will provide a hotel confirmation number.

The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is located on the South Bank, easily accessed via Westminster Station (Jubilee, District, Circle lines) or Waterloo Station (8-min walk). From Westminster, walk across the bridge; from Waterloo, walk down York Road. It is a 46-minute drive from London City Airport.

• Nearest Tube Stations: Westminster (0.2 miles), Waterloo (0.4 miles), and Lambeth North (0.3 miles).
• From Heathrow Airport: Take the Elizabeth Line or Heathrow Express to Central London, then transfer to the Tube (Jubilee line to Waterloo).
• Walking: The hotel is located directly across Westminster Bridge from Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.

Yes, we will have photographers on-site to record the action at Prophix Live! ’26 London. By attending this event, you consent to be filmed and photographed. Prophix uses recorded video and photographs of conference events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked in writing to Prophix, by virtue of your attendance, all conference visitors agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. You understand that all videography and photography will be done in reliance on the consent you give by attending the event.
