Companies with an active Prophix Continuous Success Program (CSP) will be entitled to (1) free registration to Prophix Live! ‘24, held in Phoenix, AZ, on April 2-4, 2024. The CSP must be valid and in effect at the time of the conference. The Primary Contact on the CSP agreement will be eligible for the free registration. Additional registrations received from the same company will be charged at the conference registration price offer at the time of registration. Multi-year CSP subscriptions may be eligible for a 10% discount on subsequent registrations.

Prophix will send to the primary contact of the CSP an email invitation with a one-time use code allowing the contact to enter it to activate their free registration. The primary contact may transfer this code to another individual within their organization if they choose to do so. The Registration site will only honor the first use of the one-time use code.

Only CSPs which are active at the time of Prophix Live! ‘24 are eligible for a free conference pass.

Yes, Prophix Live! ‘24 is a great opportunity to earn CPE credits for the year. Once the schedule is finalized, we will share how many credits you are eligible to receive.

No, we are not offering in-person training at the Prophix Live! ’24 conference this year. A Prophix Academy leader will be at the conference to talk to you about your training needs to discuss both in-person and virtual options that are available.

Yes! Prophix Live! '24 gives you an opportunity to network and build your brand presence. Companies enrolled in the Prophix Partner Program will be sent registration information and, in addition to the general conference sessions, you will be eligible to participate in exclusive partner-only sessions. Stay tuned for a partner sponsorship prospectus coming soon. There will be plenty of unique opportunities for you to participate and engage with conference attendees.

Major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) are accepted as payment methods for your conference registration. Payment is required before the event. If payment has not been received before your arrival at the event, you will be required to pay with a major credit card when you pick up your badge.

Prophix is a Canadian based company running our Prophix Live! event at a US based location and charging registration in US dollars. This has caused some AMEX card users to have their registration transaction to be refused. Prophix continues to work with AMEX to resolve this issue however in the meantime, you have 3 alternatives.

1. Contact AMEX card services to notify them of your pending registration transaction BEFORE you provide your AMEX card information on the Prophix Live! registration website.
2. Consider paying with another card such as Visa or Mastercard
3. In the checkout screen, choose the "Request an Invoice" option. Prophix will invoice you.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Prophix at prophixlive@prophix.com.

• Full Refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00pm (ET) on Friday, February 16th, 2024. 
• 50% Refund: Cancellations must be received between February 16th, 2024, and March 8th, 2024. 
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 5:00pm (ET) on March 8th, 2024.
• Registrations are transferrable. 
  

Once you have booked your stay, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the hotel. The hotel will provide a hotel confirmation number.

All ground transportation between the event venue and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is the responsibility of each individual. There are taxis and shuttle services available outside the baggage claim area. The resort is conveniently located just six miles from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport.

• Uber and Lyft are both available from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport. 
• The taxi fare from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport to the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is on average $25.00 USD.

If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your reservation and may opt to not reinstate your reservation upon your arrival. Additionally, if they can reinstate your reservation, it may not be at the negotiated discounted rate. You will be charged the cost of one night’s room plus tax.

If your travel changes, contact the hotel directly to ensure your reservation is also changed.

The conference dress code is business casual.

Yes, we will have videographers and photographers on-site to record the action at Prophix Live! ‘24. By attending this event, you consent to be filmed and photographed. Prophix uses recorded video and photographs of conference events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked in writing to Prophix, by virtue of your attendance, all conference visitors agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. You understand that all videography and photography will be done in reliance on the consent you give by attending the event.
