Financial Consolidation 2024.1 release (March 2024)

The 2024.1 release of Prophix Financial Consolidation improves efficiency and elevates the user interface, ensuring you can effortlessly consolidate your financials.

Introducing the new top menu button

The new top menu button centralizes access to key Prophix resources including Help, Getting Started, Academy, Community, Support, and Product Feedback. No more searching through bookmarks for important resources, the top menu button is your gateway to an improved user experience.

Pages consolidated for simplified navigation

Several pages have been merged to group similar content into one convenient destination. By consolidating these pages and introducing tabs, you’ll benefit from a more efficient navigation experience. These pages include:

The Currencies Report page has been merged into the Exchange Rates page.
The Change Account Codes page has been merged into the Chart of Accounts page.
The Change Calculated Account Codes page has been merged into the Calculated Accounts page.

To prevent redundancy, several pages have been removed from the menu, including Currencies Report, Change Account Codes, and Change Calculated Account Codes.

New option for easy translation of chart of accounts descriptions

Seamlessly translate your account descriptions from English into multiple languages with our new multilingual account description feature. This helps avoid users from having to click through multiple menu items to change a description. Supported languages include French, Dutch, German, and more.

Discover fresh updates with page revisions

We've enhanced usability and user experience by revising pages, focusing on button placement, navigation improvement, warning sign inclusion, and table enhancements. These enhancements will also simplify data management between tables, such as when copying criteria. Pages impacted include:

The Point of View Criteria page
The Define Validation Rules Report page
The Data Entry / Local Amounts page*

*Unique to the Data Entry / Local Amounts page are redesigned buttons for the Flows, Intercompany, Dimensions, Partner, and Participations. These are now conveniently grouped together in the Actions column. Each button features a single character with an optional yellow background highlighting important differences. Hover over each button to reveal helpful tips.

Intercompany Management 2024.1 release (February 2024)

Our new point of view (POV) details report improves POV hierarchy reporting. It allows detailed entity-level examination of your POV dimensions in PDF or Excel, enhancing productivity.
