Prophix Live! 2026: Welcome to the Delegation Era
Two cities. One message. Autonomous finance is here.
June 15, 2026Two cities, two continents, over 500 finance leaders, and one message that came through in every session, every conversation, and every moment between: autonomous finance isn't on the horizon anymore — it's here, it's operational, and the teams moving now are the ones who will lead.
Prophix Live! 2026 was our most ambitious year yet. From the main stage in Denver to an intimate gathering of finance leaders in London, the same question anchored everything: what does it actually look like when finance hands off the operational work and steps into the strategic role the business has always needed it to play?
Here's a look at what happened.
Setting the Stage: The Autonomous Finance Moment
When Alok Ajmera, President and CEO of Prophix, took the main stage, he opened with a question for the audience before he answered any of his own.
What are your expectations around AI? How are your finance teams actually using it day to day?
Then he reframed the conversation entirely. "What would happen to your business if it had unlimited financial analysts?" The room went quiet, because for most finance leaders, that question opens a door they hadn't fully walked through yet. One where the constraint isn't headcount. It's the operating model.
His answer was direct: CFOs who deploy AI strategically will unlock +10 margin points of growth by 2029. The window to act is open, but it won't stay that way.
In London, Alok brought the same conviction to a smaller, more intimate room — 100 finance leaders from across the UK and Europe, many of them navigating the same pressures, asking the same questions, and leaving with the same clarity about what the next chapter demands of them.
From Vision to Reality: The Live Demo
If Alok set the direction, Anurag Yagnik, Chief Technology Officer, showed the engine running.
Anurag took the main stage for a live, unscripted demonstration of Prophix One's newest capabilities — real data, real workflows. Watching autonomous finance run in real time was the kind of moment that shifts the conversation from "what's possible" to "what's next."
Outside-In Perspective: Neil Hoyne in Denver
Denver brought a perspective that no one inside the finance function could have delivered on their own.
Neil Hoyne, Chief Strategist at Google and bestselling author of Converted, drew on close to 9,000 hours advising CEOs, boards, and investors across hundreds of organisations to reframe the AI conversation in a way that stayed with everyone in the room.
The best companies, he said, don't ask "what's our AI strategy?" They ask, "what in our strategy can AI help us achieve?" That question leads somewhere fundamentally different — and for finance leaders navigating board pressure, team capacity, and operating model transformation all at once, it landed exactly as intended.
An Independent View: PwC in London
London brought its own outside-in perspective in the form of Matt Cook, Partner and Tom Pulling, Partner at PwC.
Drawing on advisory experience across some of the UK and Europe's most complex organisations navigating the AI shift, Matt and Tom explored how AI is reshaping the way finance leaders think and make decisions – not just the tools they use, but the judgement, the leadership, and the operating model that makes those tools mean something.
The Customer Panel: Real Journeys, Real Outcomes
In Denver, the customer panel brought three Prophix users to the stage with three completely different relationships to the platform, and the conversation reflected exactly that.
Richard Stein, Financial Analyst at Villara and one of the most advanced Prophix One Intelligence users, put the impact of AI in terms everyone in the room could feel: "AI helps us do three days of work in an hour. With that time back, I can focus on the strategic decisions that actually drive the business forward."
Chuck Schultz, CFO at Allstar Holdings, summed up the operating model shift in one line: "We need more 'A' in FP&A — and AI-powered finance is an enabler."
Chris Keyser, AVP Business Analytics at Premise Health, brought the long-time user perspective — someone who has watched the platform evolve for years and can speak to what that journey has meant for his team and his organisation.
The customer panels in both London and Denver covered wins, honest reflections on what transformation actually takes, and where each of them is taking their finance function next.
Breakout Sessions: Going Deeper
Across both events, the breakout sessions gave attendees the chance to move from the big picture to the specific: their workflows, their challenges, and their next steps.
From sessions on agentic budgeting and AI-powered agents, to cash planning, Copilot prompting, board-ready reporting, and customer stories. No matter the session, the conversations revolved around what finance transformation looks like from the inside.
In London, two focused tracks ran on FP&A and Consolidation and Close with customer spotlights and peer-led roundtable discussions woven throughout.
Industry User Groups and 1:1 Meetings
One of the most consistently valuable parts of Prophix Live! is what happens when you put the right people in the same room.
In Denver, Thursday afternoon brought industry-specific peer groups — construction, manufacturing, healthcare, higher education, professional services, and electrical co-ops — for open, unstructured conversations with peers navigating the same challenges in the same kind of organisations.
1:1 meetings with the Prophix team gave attendees dedicated time to ask the questions specific to their organisation, get straight answers on the roadmap, and walk away with clarity on what's next for their platform.
The Evening Events
Wednesday evening in Denver, the conference centre turned into something a little different. Casino Night brought finance leaders together for blackjack, poker, roulette — and the kind of conversations that only happen when the agenda is officially over. We gave everyone 21 reasons to bet on AI and by the end of the evening, it was hard to argue with any of them.
In London, the welcome reception on June 3 and the evening reception closing June 4 bookended the day with exactly the kind of unscripted, unhurried conversation that only happens when the right people are in the same room.
Recognising Our Community
One of the most meaningful moments across both events was the recognition of three groups of Prophix customers who are raising the bar for what it means to be part of this community.
AI Champions are the individuals inside their organisations who didn't wait to be told to adopt AI. They leaned in, experimented, and are now leading their teams through the shift to autonomous finance.
MVP Champions are the customers who go above and beyond — in the Prophix community, in peer groups, in beta programs — making the ecosystem stronger for everyone.
The CFO Circle recognises the finance leaders setting the vision for what a modern finance function looks like — absorbing the complexity, setting the direction, and showing their organisations what autonomous finance looks like when it's done right.
Congratulations to our inaugural class of honourees across all three programs. This community is only as strong as the people in it.
The Newly Relaunched Prophix Community
Alongside Prophix Live! 2026, we launched the newly relaunched Prophix Community — the home for peer connection, product knowledge, session resources, and the conversations that start at events like this and deserve to continue long after.
All session resources from both Denver and London are available there now. If you haven't already, join the community and keep the momentum going.

See You in 2027!
Prophix Live! 2027 is already on the calendar — May 18–20 in Denver, CO.
If this year taught us anything, it's that the finance leaders who show up, ask the hard questions, and stay in the conversation are the ones who lead what comes next.
We hope to see you in the room.
