Prophix Software Named Top Employer for Young People

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO

– Prophix Software is proud to share that we have been chosen as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People. This award recognizes the nation’s best workplaces and programs for young people just starting their careers. This is the first year our team has earned this honor.

Now entering its 18th year, Canada’s Top Employers for Young People is an editorial competition organized by Canada’s Top 100 Employers project. Employers on this list are Canada’s leaders in attracting and retaining younger employees to their organizations. These companies are responsible for creating 56,000 job opportunities in Canada for students and new graduates in 2020.

Editors evaluate employers on the programs they offer to attract and retain young workers, including co-op or work-study programs, mentorship and training programs, and benefits such as bonuses paid when employees complete certain courses or professional designations. Editors also look at the average age of employees at each employer to better understand the composition and profile of their workforce.
