Companies with an active Prophix Continuous Success Program (CSP) will be entitled to (1) free registration at Prophix Live! ’26 Denver.

The CSP must be valid and in effect at the time of the conference. The Primary Contact on the CSP agreement will be eligible for the free registration. Additional registrations received from the same company will be charged at the conference registration price offer at the time of registration. Multi-year CSP subscriptions may be eligible for a 10% discount on subsequent registrations.

Prophix will send to the primary contact of the CSP an email invitation with a one-time use code allowing the contact to enter it to activate their free registration. The primary contact may transfer this code to another individual within their organization if they choose to do so. The Registration site will only honor the first use of the one-time use code.

Only CSPs which are active at the time of Prophix Live! ‘26 are eligible for a free conference pass.

Yes, Prophix Live! ‘26 is a great opportunity to earn CPE credits for the year. Once the schedule is finalized, we will share how many credits you are eligible to receive, and the process.

Yes, we are offering in-person Academy training at the Prophix Live!’ 26 conference this year. A detailed description of each optional training session is located on the Academy tab (coming soon). There  are 2 training sessions offered concurrently. 

The cost of one (1) 4-hour Prophix Academy training class will be: 

Early-Bird rate: $495 USD (until April 30)

Standard rate: $595 USD (May 1 - May 26) 

*** A separate invoice will be sent post registration.  Billing will take place separately prior to the start of Prophix Live! '26.

The Academy training will take place on Tuesday May 26^th, 2026 starting at 1:00pm and running until 5:00pm. As part of the registration process you will have the ability to pre-select what training session you want to attend. 

Yes! Prophix Live! '26 gives you an opportunity to network and build your brand presence. Companies enrolled in the Prophix Partner Program will be sent registration information and, in addition to the general conference sessions, you will be eligible to participate in break-out learning sessions. 

Partner Sponsorships are also available. Please contact your Prophix PAM (Partner Account Manager) for full details on available sponsorships.

Major credit cards (MasterCard and Visa) are accepted as payment methods for your conference registration. You can also request an invoice (as part of your registration process). Payment is required before the event. If payment has not been received before your arrival at the event, you will be required to pay with a major credit card when you pick up your badge. 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Prophix at prophixlive@prophix.com.

If you need to cancel your attendance at Prophix Live! ’26 :

• Full Refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00pm (EST) on Tuesday, March 31^st, 2026. 
• 50% Refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00pm (EST)  Thursday, April 30^th, 2026.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 5:00pm (ET) on Friday, May 1^st, 2026.
• Registrations are transferrable. 

Once you have booked your stay, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the hotel. The hotel will provide a confirmation number for your reference.

Ground transportation between the venue and local airports is the responsibility of each attendee. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are all available from Denver International Airport. If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your reservation and may opt not to reinstate your reservation upon your arrival. Additionally, if they can reinstate your reservation, it may not be at the negotiated discounted rate. You will be charged the cost of one night’s room plus tax.

If your travel changes, contact the hotel directly to ensure your reservation is also changed.

Yes, we will have photographers on-site to record the action at Prophix Live! ‘26. By attending this event, you consent to be filmed and photographed. Prophix uses recorded video and photographs of conference events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked in writing to Prophix, by virtue of your attendance, all conference visitors agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. You understand that all videography and photography will be done in reliance on the consent you give by attending the event.
