Alok is currently responsible for ensuring that every customer, prospective client, partner and employee has a positive, memorable experience with Prophix and its products. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Management in Engineering Physics from McMaster University, Ontario.

Combining deep business expertise and hands-on experience with architecturally beautiful and technically advanced solutions, as Prophix CTO Anurag leads the company’s product and technology group, including development, engineering, infosec, cloud operations, and corporate IT.

Bona Allen is a seasoned executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, providing financial and operational leadership at the highest levels. Since 2013 Mr. Allen has served as Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for the KBD Group, a subsidiary of the US operations of Kajima Corp., one of the largest architectural, engineering, and construction companies, globally. With a focus on designing and constructing large, advanced manufacturing and warehouse/distribution facilities nationwide, the KBD Group provides turn-key solutions to its many domestic and international clients. Over his 40+ year career, Mr. Allen has served as the CFO for publicly traded and privately held companies primarily focused on real estate development, construction, operations and investment. Property types include hotels/hospitality, industrial, office, master planned/mixed use developments, student housing, market rate and affordable housing. He has earned the Directorship Certification, awarded by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

Charlene is a Senior Consultant with the Professional Services team, specializing in enterprise, construction, and real estate sectors. With a solid technical background, Charlene brings a wealth of expertise in helping organizations streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Recognized for delivering exceptional customer service, Charlene has a unique ability to simplify complex concepts, making them accessible and actionable for clients.

Moneka started as a Consultant at Prophix a few years and completed numerous implementations before moving onto the role of Manager of Services specialized in the Construction and Enterprise team. As a designated CPA, Moneka has previously worked in audit related roles within several different industries such as healthcare, entertainment, and manufacturing. Her strong background in Accounting and CPM experience enables her to support her clients in finding the most optimal solutions helping them achieve their Prophix goals and improving their business processes!

Daniel Chmiel is an experienced Implementation Consultant at Prophix, specializing in helping clients optimize their financial planning and reporting processes. With a strong background in data integration and CPM solutions, Daniel has spent the past two years working closely with organizations—particularly in the construction and finance sectors—to transform raw data into strategic insights. His expertise lies in streamlining complex implementations, ensuring seamless ERP integrations, and empowering clients to maximize the value of their Prophix solutions. When he's not working with clients, you can find him enjoying the outdoors, particularly fishing in Ontario’s lakes.

Zac Di Sabatino is a Lead Product Manager at Prophix. Zac joined Prophix in 2013 as an implementation consultant, and his affinity for solving complex problems for users led him to the Product Management team. He is currently the product lead on Account Reconciliation. In 2020, Zac completed his MBA, with a focus in finance, at McMaster University.

With over 15 years of experience in UX design, Brandon is a leader in crafting intuitive, financial software that enhances user experiences and drives business success. As a UX Director, Brandon combines deep expertise in human-centered design, financial technology, and strategizes on ways to create seamless web experiences that simplify complex financial processes. Through a keen understanding of user behaviour, analytics, and emerging design trends, Brandon ensures that our suite of products provides ease of use and efficiency. Brandon is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, design thinking, and continuous learning within his team and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in UX.

As VP Product Management & Planning at Prophix, Scott is responsible for bringing product to market including product planning, product operations, product management, user experience and documentation. Scott joined Prophix in 2022, building on three decades of experience in business analytics and performance management where he expanded business sectors, successfully brought new and engaging products to market, and engaged with hundreds of companies to help them succeed. Having held roles in product management, product marketing, business development, alliances, strategy and operations, he has been a focal point for alignment. Scott and his team bridge customer needs, market requirements, and development realities to prioritize and deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.

Dana Orth is a Strategic Project Manager and Customer Experience Specialist at Prophix, leading both external customer projects and internal change initiatives. She has managed the full project lifecycle, from the sales handoff through implementation and transitions to value realization conversations. Passionate about process excellence, Dana documents every step of the customer journey and creates clear resources for both customers and internal teams. Her focus on clear communication, customer experience, and process optimization delivers lasting value.

Miral Panchal is a Product Adoption Consultant at Prophix with over five year of experience in his role. He specializes in helping organizations maximize the value of their financial planning and analytics solutions. Passionate about empowering users, Miral works closely with clients to ensure seamless adoption, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency in their financial processes. Sayuri Roy is a Revenue Operations Specialist supporting the Professional Services department. She is responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting the department’s internal instance, ensuring operational efficiency and system integrity. Prior to this, Sayuri spent five years as a consultant, where she specialized in designing and implementing Prophix solutions for clients across various industries. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and attending concerts.

Shilpi Sachdeva is a Product Adoption Manager with Prophix. She has been working with Prophix for 5 years. She helps customers make the most of their Prophix investment by guiding them towards the best product and industry practices, saving time by automating time-consuming manual activities, and enhancing data visibility by building process-oriented Prophix models. She has 15 years of Software Industry experience in Software Development, Business Development, Customer Management, Solution Design and Consultancy, working across Asia Pacific, MEA and North America markets. She is a mommy of a toddler and a tween. In her personal time, she loves spending time with family and working for her startup that provides consultation in designing & decorating houses to generate positivity in every field of life, following Vastu Shastra principles.

Alex is the Manager of our Portland-based Professional Services team. He has designed and built Prophix solutions for hundreds of customers; helping them improve their business processes, learn best practices, and get the most out of their investment. His many years at Prophix have helped him gain a wealth of product/business experience that he shares with his team and customers alike. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science and a U.S. CPA license.

Joshua Morgan is a finance professional and MBA candidate with a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation and operational excellence. From intern to Senior Financial Analyst, he has led the implementation of Prophix to 30 operating companies—an experience that reinforced a key lesson: career growth isn’t just about technical skills, it’s about building meaningful connections, continuous learning, and seeing the bigger picture. Carly Zimmermann has been with USA Properties Fund, Inc. for 19 years, during which she has earned three promotions within the Property Management Accounting Department. In her current role as Senior Accounting Analyst, she serves as the Prophix administrator for our property management platform and leads ongoing implementation initiatives. She manages the annual budgeting process for over 99 apartment communities and oversees the accounting operations for lease-up and rehabilitation properties. Carly brings deep expertise and years of experience in accounting to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all financial reporting.

Marc Minicucci is Director of Corporate Finance at Armstrong Fluid Technology, leading global finance strategy across reporting, treasury, and FP&A. A CPA with 10+ years’ experience, he delivers insights that drive performance in manufacturing and construction.

Peggy Maranan serves as Chief Financial Officer at Dixie Electric Membership Corporation (DEMCO), where she has worked for four years. DEMCO is a non-profit electric distribution cooperative headquartered near Baton Rouge, Louisiana, providing electric service to approximately 120,000 members across seven parishes. Prior to joining DEMCO, Peggy spent 12 years at Lee County Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LCEC) in North Fort Myers, Florida, where she served as Manager of Financial Accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. In 2015, she earned her Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Argosy University in Sarasota, Florida. Peggy is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Florida. Peggy is the immediate past president of the Electric Cooperative Chapter (ECC) Board of the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives (NSAC) and is a contributing author for NSAC’s quarterly publication, The Cooperative Accountant.
