Companies with an active Prophix Continuous Success Package (CSP) are entitled to one (1) free registration at either Prophix Live! ‘25, held in Phoenix, AZ, on April 27-29, 2025, OR Toronto, ON on May 12-14, 2025.

The CSP must be valid and in effect at the time of the conference. The Primary Contact on the CSP agreement will be eligible for free registration. Additional registrations received from the same company will be charged at the conference registration price offer at the time of registration. Multi-year CSP subscriptions may be eligible for a 10% discount on subsequent registrations.

Prophix will send to the primary contact of the CSP an email invitation with a one-time use code allowing the contact to enter it to activate their free registration. The primary contact may transfer this code to another individual within their organization if they choose to do so. The Registration site will only honor the first use of the one-time use code.

Only CSPs which are active at the time of Prophix Live! ‘25 are eligible for a free conference pass

Yes, Prophix Live! ‘25 is a great opportunity to earn CPE credits for the year. Once the schedule is finalized, we will share how many credits you are eligible to receive. 

No, we are not offering in-person training at the Prophix Live! ‘25 conference this year. A Prophix Academy leader will be at the conference to talk to you about your training needs and discuss both in-person and virtual options that are available.

Yes! Prophix Live! '25 gives you an opportunity to network and build your brand presence. Companies enrolled in the Prophix Partner Program will be sent registration information and, in addition to the general conference sessions, you will be eligible to participate in break-out learning sessions.

Major credit cards (MasterCard and Visa) are accepted as payment methods for your conference registration. You can also request an invoice (as part of your registration process). Payment is required before the event. If payment has not been received before your arrival at the event, you will be required to pay with a major credit card when you pick up your badge. 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Prophix at prophixlive@prophix.com. 

If you need to cancel your attendance at Prophix Live! ’25 – Phoenix regional event: 

• Full refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00pm (ET) on Friday, March 14th, 2025.  

• 50% refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00pm (ET) March 28th, 2025. 

• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 5:00pm (ET) on April 11th, 2025. 

• Registrations are transferrable.  

If you need to cancel your attendance at Prophix Live! ’25 – Toronto regional event: 

• Full refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00pm (ET) on Friday, April 4th, 2025.  

• 50% refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00pm (ET) April 18th, 2025. 

• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 5:00pm (ET) on April 28th, 2025.

• Registrations are transferrable. 

Once you have booked your stay, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the hotel. The hotel will provide a confirmation number for your reference.

Ground transportation between either venue and local airports is the responsibility of each attendee. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are all available from both Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), and Lester B. Pearson International Airport (YYZ), as well as the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ).  

When traveling into Lester B. Pearson International Airport, the Union Pearson Express (UPS) train runs at regular intervals to downtown Toronto (Union Station). If travelling from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, there are complimentary shuttle buses to connect passengers between Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport and Toronto’s Union Station, with connections to public and regional transit. The drop off is located downtown on the west side of Fairmont Royal York Hotel, at the northeast corner of Front and York Streets, across the street from Union Station. From there, the Hilton Toronto is a short 10-minute walk. 

If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your reservation and may opt to not reinstate your reservation upon your arrival. Additionally, if they can reinstate your reservation, it may not be at the negotiated discounted rate. You will be charged the cost of one night’s room plus tax.

If your travel changes, contact the hotel directly to ensure your reservation is also changed.

Yes, we will have videographers and photographers on-site to record the action at Prophix Live! ‘25. By attending this event, you consent to be filmed and photographed. Prophix uses recorded video and photographs of conference events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked in writing to Prophix, by virtue of your attendance, all conference visitors agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. You understand that all videography and photography will be done in reliance on the consent you give by attending the event.
