All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Prophix at prophixlive@prophix.com.

If you need to cancel your attendance at Prophix Live! ’25 – Australia event:

• Full refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00pm (AEDT) on Friday, October 31st, 2025.
• 50% refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00pm (AEDT) November 12^th, 2025.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 5:00pm on November 13, 2025
• Registrations are transferrable.

Prophix has negotiated a preferred rate of ROH: $275 (SGL) or $312 (DBL). This also includes breakfast.

Prophix will be providing the meals over the course of the conference.

It is the responsibility of each attendee to secure their own accommodation for the conference.

Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis[SB1] .

Yarra Valley Lodge has extended your rate to include the pre and post nights should you wish to extend your stay, subject to availability. 

Select dates, number of occupants, enter your code PROPHIXWEB under “Corporate ID” and click the “CHECK AVAILABILITY” button: 

1. The code will give you access to the Prophix Live! ’25 Australia conference rate. Select your desired room type and proceed to book your accommodation
2. Booking must be prepaid at time of booking. No cancellations, changes or modifications allowed. Cancellations will attract a 100% cancellation fee. 

Once you have booked your stay, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the hotel. The hotel will provide a confirmation number for your reference. 

Ground transportation is available for hire from MEL and AVV airports. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft etc.

If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your reservation and may opt to not reinstate your reservation upon your arrival. Additionally, if they can reinstate your reservation, it may not be at the negotiated discounted rate. You will be charged the cost of one night’s room plus tax.

If your travel changes, contact the hotel directly to ensure your reservation is also changed.
