As founder & CEO, Paul is the reason why we’re all here. Along with Bob Walker, Paul built Prophix from the ground up. His visionary approach to the software industry evolved Prophix from a software distributor to a developer of world-class Corporate Performance Management solutions. A British expat and talented painter, Paul’s art can be found around the office.
Alok’s mission is to ensure that every customer, prospective client, partner and employee around the world has a memorable and positive experience with Prophix. Alok joined the company in 2004 and rocketed from Consultant to President. Alok’s energy and enthusiasm inspire all of us to achieve greatness and exceed expectations. Around the office, Alok is the king of casual and boasts a mean t-shirt collection – just ask him.
As our resident “techie,” Bob is our go-to-guy for product quality and reliability. To create products that people truly want to use, Bob leads a dynamic team of Developers who build a ‘rock solid’ technology infrastructure, underpinning products that effectively balance ease-of-use and depth of functionality. Bob is third baseman on the Prophix softball team called “The Sons of Pitches.”
Geoff is our product guru & visionary who ensures that Prophix’s products are always relevant, practical and distinctive. His team is known as ‘the voice’ of the customer, ensuring Prophix’s solutions evolve with the ever-changing marketplace. If you stop by Geoff’s office, he would be happy to tell you a story from one of his many world travels.
Ken oversees a team of business development professionals, who ensure our solutions meet the short and long-term goals of ambitious Finance professionals. He has honed his exceptional approach to consulting over 20+ years of working with pioneers in finance automation software. Prophix’s prospective and active customers are always eager to tap into Ken’s expertise. Catch him if you can – Ken is a notoriously fast runner.
Jens successfully led Prophix’s expansion into Europe, where he worked as a Prophix Distributor in Scandinavia, building a channel of certified Prophix Partners. He has signed and implemented solutions for some of Prophix’s largest accounts and has helped to onboard partners in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Iceland, and Germany. Jens is from Denmark, making him one of the more cultured members of the Prophix family.
Our VP or ‘Veep’ of Marketing, Mike leads a team that engages with all of Prophix’s thriving communities – capturing their insights and compelling conversations through strong programs. Mike keeps Prophix and our products ahead of competitors and ensures that they are always relevant and relatable. A whiteboard savant, Mike often rides his bike to work, making the rest of us look bad.
Anita leads the Prophix North American Channels and Alliances program, where she manages the go-to-market strategy for the Prophix Partner Network. She has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry. Anita is an avid animal lover and has a house full of rescue dogs.
Neal oversees Prophix’s rigorous product implementations and customer satisfaction programs. His team of top-notch Consultants are responsible for the success of every new and long-time customer across North America, cultivating strong and long-lasting customer and partner relationships. Neal is the office wine snob, although he prefers to be called a sommelier.
Ryan optimizes how Sales and Marketing engage with prospective customers. He also coordinates Prophix’s seven international offices and our expanding network of Channel Partners. At the same time, Ryan works with Prophix’s implementation team to hone processes that impact customers. Ryan is an active member of many Prophix clubs and sports teams.
Responsible for the North American Sales team, Russ is dedicated to helping the Office of Finance become a strategic business partner. Previously, Russ excelled at consulting with global customers while on the Professional and Client Services team at Prophix. Russ hails from a small town in Northern Ontario and holds these values true: kind, friendly and always upbeat.
As VP of Engineering, Rodney manages product research and development to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, innovative products. Rodney’s strong interpersonal skills mean he is well liked by users, vendors and co-workers alike. Rodney has a passion for music, evidenced by the classic Fender guitar he keeps in his office.
James is a passionate believer in Sales-Driven Marketing and has spent the last few years building world-class campaigns. James brings over 20 years working in the B2B & B2C technology market to drive channel marketing, lead generation, content marketing, sales, and marketing integration to the UK market for Prophix. A former rugby player, James isn’t as tough as he sounds; he can be described as a “good egg” soft boiled.
Working directly with finance and operational teams in medium to large enterprises, Daniel is laser-focused on helping businesses with their Corporate Performance Management challenges. A virtual veteran in the CPM industry, Daniel started in CPM over fourteen years ago, combined with his over 20 years of Sales & Marketing experience. Daniel plays the long game, as an avid marathon runner.
Eduardo manages Prophix’s presence and expansion in South America based in Brazil. A virtual veteran, with an astounding 20 years in the Corporate Performance Management sector, Eduardo is instrumental in increasing the Prophix brand throughout South American countries, driving sales, adoption and strategic partnerships. The Brazil office is within walking distant to the beach; we are jealous up here in Canada.
