As the education landscape continues to shift, higher education institutions must prepare to adapt their projections and reforecast when needed.
Nathan D. Grawe, the author of Demographics and the Demand for Higher Education (2018) and The Agile College (2021), will briefly review recent demographic trends and their implications for higher education. Then, drawing on interviews with higher education leaders, he will share how proactive institutions are attacking demographic challenges, including initiatives in recruitment, retention, academic programming, and consortial collaboration. We will also discuss the evolving pressures created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
We’ll cover questions, such as:
- What factors will affect long-range enrollment projections?
- What tactics can schools use to maintain or increase enrollment levels?
- How can finance teams navigate through this changing landscape?
During the webinar, you’ll also see a demonstration of how Prophix’s Corporate Performance Management software can facilitate multi-year planning, giving you the ability to quickly model plans for enrollment and attrition shifts.
