If you want to break into software sales, then this role is for you! As part of our Junior/Mid-Market Sales team, your mandate as a Junior Account Manager is to be the front line internal sales team, both generating outbound and following up on inbound leads, update the CRM (, and provide value through lead/opportunity identification and progression. Field Sales activity will initially be supported by the senior Direct Sales team through the ramp up period to ensure successful transition to ownership of territory and quota.

Your Experience
  • 1-2 years of proven success using inbound and outbound prospecting as your primary success tools would be an asset,
  • Experience in Corporate selling (B2B) or high-tech solutions is an asset,
  • Solution or ROI Selling: Strength in using solutions selling tactics.
    • At the time of application, must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located.
    • Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
Your Technology Skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite,
  • CRM experience as a user ( is an asset).
Your Qualities
  • Your most important asset is your ability to be personable as well as persuasive and to communicate convincingly over the phone,
  • Strong telephone sales/ cold calling skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill,
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of prospects including senior employees and executives,
  • Skilled at overcoming objections, and able to reach decision makers,
  • Ability to structure verbal and written communications to strongly influence stakeholders in the education and/or purchasing process,
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills,
  • Enjoy the challenge of developing new business,
  • RESULTS! Self-motivated and driven with a desire to win.
