Each year at Prophix Live! we dedicate time to celebrating the wins – big and small – that our customers and partners achieve over the year. These awards recognize outstanding achievements in innovation, strategic planning, and leadership – just to name a few. Our award winners set a new standard in finance by showing what’s possible with vision, focus, and the right technology.

Customer of the Year

Our 2025 Customer of the Year is Energy Trust of Oregon. Their company mission is to bring clean and affordable energy to everyone.
A customer since 2019, Energy Trust has continued to expand their use of Prophix over the years. Here’s a great example: they have an extensive planning process – 5-year financial plans and 18-month rolling forecasts. Their commitment to powering the Office of the CFO with the tools they need to improve their end-to-end budget process has led to significant growth for the company.
We’re sending big congratulations to Energy Trust of Oregon. Customer of the Year is a significant achievement, and we look forward to our continued partnership for the next 5 years and beyond!
Most Innovative Customer of the Year

Westminster Communities of Florida is a faith-based not-for-profit operator of continuing-care retirement communities.
What earned Westminster Communities of Florida the title of Most Innovative Customer of the Year?
They connect PointClickCare, a healthcare software provider, with Prophix. This means their finance team can report, analyze, and forecast using detailed data – whether it’s census, occupancy rates, or inventory. Before this integration, this data wasn’t readily accessible. This data drives their entire plan, with a focus on the variable costs that depend on resident projections.
With the help of Prophix, the Westminster Communities finance team can identify inconsistencies, control overspending, and leverage the platform to solve the challenges unique to their business. Thinking outside of the box, the finance team is integrating UltiPro to build a daily labor analysis system to proactively manage under/over staffing and meet nurse-to-resident ratio requirements.

International Customer of the Year

Axiom Hospitality is a London-based hotel management company founded in 2020. Being a newer company hasn’t stopped Axiom from pushing the limits of financial innovation. In 2024, Axiom merged with Hamilton Pyramid Europe, expanding their reach as a leader in European hospitality management.
In just a few months of using Prophix, Axiom has rolled out daily revenue forecasting, operational and payroll planning, live P&L reporting, and weekly forecasting workflows in an integrated ecosystem.
But it’s not just what they built, it’s how they did it. Axiom designed and executed the plan across nearly 40 hotels. Now, all users across the business can use their data like never before.

The Waldinger Corporation is a Des Moines based, full-service mechanical, electrical, sheet-metal, and service contractor, with about 3000 employees across the Midwest.
The Waldinger Corporation has been an enthusiastic partner since day one. Their engagement and productivity are the foundation for a collaborative partnership – which means their robust project scope was delivered within three months!
Within those three months, Waldinger was able to integrate and consolidate data from multiple ERPs for more dynamic processes.

Our customer community, Red Carpet, is where we roll out the VIP experience. It’s a place for customers to connect, share, learn, and have a bit of fun.
Daimler Truck Financial Services is the financing arm of Daimler Truck AG in the United States. They offer tailored financial services like loans, leases, and insurance for commercial vehicle brands.
Since 2023, Ali Arsalan has become a true champion for Prophix and an incredible member of the Red Carpet community. From leading the cloud migration project to consistently delivering insightful and robust reporting, Ali has shown he can deliver technical excellence and strategic impact.
