PROPHIX Enterprise System Requirements

PROPHIX Can Run in Various Configurations:

Stand alone - On a single PC

Local Area Network - Users sharing data on a LAN

Remote Disconnect - Individual users using their component of a multi-user model in a local environment

Client/server - Users sharing data over a network. Requires some common access to shared LAN drives

Internet - Remote access enabled with Windows Terminal Services or Citrix Metaframe

The  minimum system requirements are as follows:

• Windows 2000/XP or Windows NT 4.0 Workstation Service Pack 6 (or newer)
• Intel Pentium 300 (Intel Pentium 800 is highly recommended)
• 128 MB of RAM required
• Disk space requirement: 170 megabytes for program files

For all environments, the total disk space requirement naturally depends on the scope of the planning application being undertaken. PROPHIX is a very robust system and is capable of handling large volumes of data.
