The pre-defined account roll ups always include all line items presented at a consolidated level with the ability to drill back to source data if required. Financial statement integration
PROPHIX integrates key financial statements: Income Statement, Cash Flow (Indirect & Direct), Balance Sheet, Statement of Shareholders' Equity, through pre-built formulas. When one change is made to a line item such as revenue, everything filters and cascades down through to the various line items of the statements. A direct connection to the external transactional database (GL) combined with pre-built formulas ensures the latest numbers are being reported on.
Visual reporting updates
PROPHIX includes multiple dashboards and scorecards that report on company status through meaningful visuals. Key financial ratios or financial drivers are reported on in a format that provides more insight for decision-making stakeholders.
