Our customer support team takes ownership of all issues reported through them and, when required, escalate requests to those best equipped to provide an effective resolution.

Annual maintenance plans for PROPHIX are
arranged along with the initial software sale. Maintenance plan pricing is a
fixed percentage of the software license price and plans are renewable each year
on the on the anniversary date.
A current PROPHIX maintenance agreement will provide your company with:
- Telephone and email access to our Customer Support team
- All software upgrades and maintenance releases
- Access to our online Support resources at PROPHIX Community , which includes a searchable knowledge base and online Support contact form
