KEY IMPLEMENTATION DELIVERABLES
During the implementation process, PROPHIX provides a number of valuable
deliverables. These deliverables are aimed at providing clients with a greater
understanding of how their systems operate and with documentation of their key
business processes.
Documentation - After implementation, PROPHIX provides detailed
documentation to support the installation. PROPHIX provides support
documentation in three key ways:
- User Manuals - PROPHIX provides detailed product documentation with each installation. These manuals or guides are regularly updated and document best practices and procedures.
- PROPHIX Community - PROPHIX readily provides patches, consultant tips and best practices via the PROPHIX community. These updates help the users stay up to date and gain valuable insight from other PROPHIX users across the world.
- Implementation Documentation - During the implementation, PROPHIX consultants work to provide key documentation that outlines their product plan, key processes and calculations.
Trained Staff - Knowledge transfer is of key importance at
all stages of the implementation. PROPHIX employs a "train-the-trainer"
methodology, which allows users to disseminate information throughout their
organizations.
Defined, Refined, and Automated Work Processes - During the
implementation, PROPHIX consultants actively work to determine best practices
within your organization. Documentation is used to help define the business
process and ensures appropriate management controls throughout the process.
