WorkShare Implementation Methodology

PROPHIX has introduced a new methodology that will help customers implement PROPHIX performance management solutions at a lower cost. The new PROPHIX WorkShare methodology is an approach aimed at maximizing knowledge transfer from PROPHIX Resources while minimizing the cost of implementation services.

The cost of a Remote Implementation can be significantly reduced by giving you the knowledge to perform tasks within the Statement of Work (SOW) that would otherwise have been accomplished by a PROPHIX Resource.

WorkShare can permeate the preparation, execution, and testing elements of an implementation. Within these sections of the project, work can be divided between you and a PROPHIX Resource depending on the complexity, time constraints, and potential knowledge transfer prior to the implementation.
