QuickStart customers engage in the project through our WorkShare implementation methodology, which forms a joint collaboration. Quickstart generally targets a single customer solution need, such as budgeting or reporting, and is flexible enough to meet any reasonable budget.
Customers with more diverse needs and a broader user base can benefit from a standard Prophix implementation. Implementations typically involve multiple deliverables—from budgeting to monthly forecasting, personnel planning, revenue planning, and reporting. Prophix people will seamlessly integrate these solutions and help with deployment throughout your organization.
For our enterprise customers, Prophix delivers a wide range of services. Typically, WorkShare involves remote implementation services. We design the solution and train your staff so you have the knowledge to perform implementation tasks in conjunction with our specialists.
WorkShare can encompass an implementation’s preparation, execution, and testing phases. Within these phases, we can divide the work between you and Prophix’s experts depending on the project’s complexity, its time constraints, and the potential for knowledge transfer prior to the implementation.
