Training Sessions (1/2 day)

1. Understanding Process Manager
   This course will not only teach you how to use the tools within Business Process Manager to perform forecasts using a variety of techniques but will also outline forecasting best practices. You will also learn how to automate pieces of your monthly reporting packages and budgets to reduce the workload faced by your Finance team.
2. Template Design, Offline Design
   Learn how to take advantage of the full functionality of PROPHIX through the creation of Reporting and Data Entry Templates. This course will walk users through some of the advanced functionality available in Template Designer. We will also discuss best practices for template design and offline templates.
3. Workflow Design
   Learn how to use the Workflow functionality within PROPHIX to manage your budget, monthly reporting or other financial processes. PROPHIX Workflow is a multi-user system that provides an easy-to-use structured environment including functionality for approval processes, automation, and security.
4. Business Modeling (Building Cubes)
   For advanced users, this course will discuss how to build new cubes in PROPHIX and discuss best practices around cube design. Several examples of non-standard cubes will be shown and discussed.
5. Navigating OLAP – Ad Hoc Analysis
   Learn how to slice and dice your data in Ad Hoc Analysis to take full advantage of the power of OLAP. You will also learn how to use a number of data entry tools in PROPHIX such as Data Spreading, Delta Analysis and Line Item Schedules.
6. Advanced Enterprise Training
   This course will discuss some of the advanced topics for Enterprise users including Workflow, Process Manager (forecasting, report distribution and scheduling), and the Excel Add-in.
