Bob Baker
Director, Microsoft Business Intelligence Partner Strategy
Bob Baker has an excellent track record in partner ecosystem management for and with the largest enterprise software companies in the world. A dynamic, accountable leader with twenty years of software industry experience, Mr. Baker has in-depth knowledge of software in the business intelligence, ERP, retail, and consumer goods industries, as well as a strong delivery history in the application service provider model and offshore-based product development.
Mr. Baker's background includes the past five years with Microsoft, where he currently holds responsibility for the worldwide Microsoft Business Intelligence partner ecosystem. Prior to that, he managed the worldwide technical relationship between Microsoft and SAP. He has also served as technical leader in a variety of small software companies, including as Vice President of Host Systems Product Development at CRS Retail (now owned by Epicor Software) and as Senior Manager at Pandesic, a joint venture between Intel and SAP. Mr. Baker began his career as an IT analyst at Procter & Gamble.
Mr. Baker's educational background is a BS in Computer Science from Indiana University. He resides in Snohomish, WA, with his wife and three children.
Craig Schiff
President and CEO, BPM Partners
Craig Schiff, a pioneer in Business Performance Management, helped create and define the category as it evolved from Business Intelligence and analytic applications into BPM. Mr. Schiff has worked with performance management and related technologies for over 25 years, first as a founding member at IMRS/Hyperion Software (recently acquired by Oracle) and later co-founded OutlookSoft in the role of President and CEO.
Mr. Schiff is a frequent author on BPM topics and regular contributor to the B-Eye Network and led several jointly produced Webcasts with Business Finance Magazine including the annual "Beyond the Hype: The Truth about BPM Vendors", and "BPM 101: Navigating the Treacherous Waters of Business Performance Management". He is a recipient of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
