Cancellations
Notice of cancellations must be received in writing. Substitutions are permitted at any time prior to March. 18th, 2011. Reservations cancelled prior to the end of business day on Friday February 25th, 2011 will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled between February 26th, 2011 and April 15th, 2011 will receive a 50% refund less a $100 cancellation processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after Apri. 16th, 2011. Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to be considered to receive a refund. Failure to provide notice to the hotel will be subject to charges at the daily rate. Completion of online registration will signify acceptance of terms and conditions.
