Special Professional Services Promotion
This year, the Professional Services team has seen a lot of change. PROPHIX is proud of the work we have done this year. The quality of services being delivered remains very high, and customers are demanding more! In addition to maintaining high service quality, PROPHIX has introduced a couple of new concepts designed to meet new demands being placed on the services and customer management groups. Concepts such as fixed cost services - for example creating an ODBC connection between PROPHIX and your ERP system. Many of these services can be implemented remotely, which has the added benefit of reducing costs to our customers. In addition to new Remote Services options, PROPHIX has also introduced the concept of Project Managers, and you also have the ability to book your favorite consultant (when available of course).
As a special "Thank You" to our customers, PROPHIX will extend a special promotion. Commencing immediately through January 31st, 2009, PROPHIX is offering up to 10% savings on prepaid professional services, and fixed cost services. The service must used in the first Quarter of 2009, and booked before January 31st, 2009. To book your first quarter prepaid service work, please contact your Regional Manager.
