2008 Customer Advisory Board Meeting
PROPHIX recently hosted its second Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meeting. This meeting was a follow-up to the CAB meeting held at the 2008 User Conference in San Diego.
The objective for the CAB from a PROPHIX standpoint is to gather a group of active PROPHIX users from various industries and backgrounds to collaborate on topics that affect PROPHIX products and services both in the short and long term.
Short-Term Objectives
- Create a group of active customers
- Involve customers from various backgrounds, experiences and types
- Get customers involved in the direction of PROPHIX - Product, services & processes
Long-Term Objectives
- Create larger User Network Groups
- CAB members to become thought leaders for their region/key interest group
- Help foster and coordinate cross customer and product dialogue
- Leverage the CAB network to guide and influence the company/product direction
2008/09 CAB Members
The meeting focused around 4 key topics:
- Personnel Planning (Short- and long-term strategy)
- Advanced Data Visualization (Enterprise & P4SS)
- New Feature Highlight: Financial Consolidations
- PROPHIX Community
