• 2nd Attendee 15% off regular fee
• 3rd Attendee 15% off regular fee

Payment Information:

• To receive a  multi-user discount you must register all applicants within a company at once
• Clients that pre-registered will receive a registration code prior to filling out payment
• You will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day of registration.
• Fees include all taxes.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to change your plans you may transfer your registration to another person at  any time prior to March 31st, 2007. Conference cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations after that date and "no-shows" are non-refundable. All conference cancellations must be submitted in writing and e-mailed to hmiao@prophix.com.

Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to check-in (3:00pm CST) in order to receive a refund. Failure to provide notice to the hotel or "no-shows" will be subject to charges at the daily rate. Completion of online registration signifies acceptance of terms and conditions.
