The Position
We are seeking a leader for this team who has a demonstrated track record of building Inside Sales organizations within fast-growing companies. The Inside Sales Manager reports to the Director, Inside Sales. He/She will be responsible leading a team of Sales Associates.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage & Motivate - Sales Associate Team to generate demand for our solution and services. Includes hiring, training new hires, ongoing training and development, team based and one on one coaching, performance reviews, etc.
- Develop and Implement - comprehensive strategies, systems, tactics, metrics, budgets, resource requirements, and action plans to grow and support sales revenue targets within North America and related territories.
- Analyze Business Processes - and collaborate with Regional Managers, National Account Managers, eBusiness Manager, Director Inside Sales and senior management to streamline processes, and measure results of activities.
- Maintain - use of SalesForce.com and adherence to company standards for managing contact with prospective customers.
- Develop & Report Sales Metrics - be accountable for tracking and reporting on the performance and productivity Sales Associate team at the team and individual level.
- Build - a high-paced sales environment by emphasizing the value of solid work ethic and team work.
- Communicate - the effectiveness of our lead-generation strategy and recommendations to improve it to the management team.

The Opportunity
A Business Solutions Architect (BSA)is a dynamic individual who has an excellent combination of business understanding (accounting/finance, business analysis)and sound technical background (database applications). The position will report to the Business Solutions Group, and will work extensively on external client implementations and internal cross functional projects.

Successful BSA's
The BSAs work as a team and are the gatekeepers of the mindshare that is captured while deploying Prophix with thousands of customers. They capture and share knowledge of many forms:

Over time the BSA role becomes a highly strategic role, as they begin to collect knowledge that is highly valuable across the entire organization. The Opportunity
A Prophix Implementation Manager (IM)is a seasoned business professional who ensures the quality of service delivered by their team and proactively manages the success of Prophix customers. The position reports to the VP of Professional Services. An IM has 5-8 consulting resources as direct reports, and is involved in managing their billable and non-billable project work. The position is a high impact role that is internal and external facing, and will be involved in shaping the strategic direction of the Professional Services department.

Successful Implementation Managers
The role of an implementation manager is a cross between a project manager and a consulting manager. Thus a successful IM will have strong project management skills, coupled with depth of management experience. This will require the IM to be very organized, have strong communication skills and the ability to act as a mentor for their team. IMs will work as a team to document and share best practices, identify and resolve process inefficiencies and work toward continually improving our service delivery model.
The IM's key performance indicators are the number of successful project implementations and the billable and non-billable utilization of their team.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the IM is split between managing the quality of services delivered by their team and successfully managing small to medium sized Prophix implementations (typical projects range from 1-6 weeks of consulting services). In addition to these responsibilities, an IM will work extensively with the Project Management Office to continually improving the service delivery methodology. The Senior Consultant would take part in all project management and solution design aspects of the project. During execution phases of the project, they would mentor/coach junior execution focused resources while ensuring the project is delivered to the satisfaction of the client. Pre-Sales Engineer
The Pre-Sales Engineer must understand business needs of potential and existing customers and demonstrate Prophix's solution via webinars, presentations, product demo, Proof of Concepts (POC), or other supporting activities. The proposed solution must be translated into material(s)that can be used to profile Prophix's market leading software and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn Prophix products and/or product features prior to general availability
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, including the development and implementation of proof of concepts, webinars and prototypes
- Provide answers to inquiries concerning Prophix's software and applications and propose solutions to perspective customers
- Create, maintain and enhance product demonstration and webinar content
- Work with colleagues to convey demonstration system requirements and best practices
- Prepare and deliver additional presentations for Trade shows, seminars, or other marketing events
- Assist the Sales with RFP/requirements documents
- Collect and disseminate competitor information to sales and marketing teams
- Contribute product feature/benefit content to various marketing projects such as web site updates, marketing materials, product literature or other sales support pieces
- Communicate prospect business requirements to Sales and Professional Services teams after completion of sale to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages
- Assimilate and communicate industry requirements to direct and extended team members
Skills
- Clearly articulate product concepts and business use to an accounting oriented non-technical audience

- Understand end-user business requirements and propose solutions as they relate to Prophix's software and services
- 2-4 years consulting/implementation or finance experience

The Opportunity
A Prophix Project Manager (PM)is a dynamic individual who has an excellent combination of a technical software and sound business (accounting/finance)background. The position will report to the Project Management Office, and will work extensively on implementing Prophix Software for external client. The position will involve managing multiple concurrent deployments of Prophix. Projects typically have a 6-15 week lifecycle and occur across North America.

Project Management is a critical role within the services organization that focuses on ensuring customer success. A successful candidate will be very organized, have strong inter-personal skills and highly developed customer management skills. PMs are expected to work with multiple client stakeholders to build a vision of how product will work, and then develop a plan on how to execute on the vision. PMs are measured on the execution of the project, success of the customers/project and on project expansion.
There is a strong sales orientation to this role.
